The opening of sales for Turnberry Ocean Colony on Sunny Isles Beach, Florida:

Turnberry Associates is currently developing Turnberry Ocean Colony, Two 37-story towers and a $15 million resident-only beach club and spa in Sunny Isles Beach; Fountainebleau II on Millionaires row, a condominium-hotel being built at the famed Fountanebleau Miami Beach resort on Collins Ave and 43rd street.

Some of Turnberry Associates developments are Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, a resort with 340 suites; Oceania V, Turnberry on the Green, Aventura Mall, and Porto Vita, a luxury condo high-rise.
