Dear Peter,

My wife and I had been considering purchasing a second home in Florida for some time. We first looked in the Boca area but decided it wasn't the right fit.

When we spent sometime in the Aventura area we both decided this was the area we wanted to be in.

But we didn't know anyone in the area and needed a honest realtor that could help us find our home in the south.

So I looked on line and came across the www.search4miamihomes.com site. It almost looked to good to be real, so I called Peter Fragos the guy with his picture on the site. No surprise answering machine so I left a message and no less than 4 minutes later did Peter return my call.

He met us the next day on Sunday and spent the entire afternoon showing us the area. He told that he would not stop till he saw "that smile on our faces" and we all would know that "this was the place". We looked at over 30 different units till we found the perfect place. Both Peter and his wife Cecilia and his entire staff couldn't of been more professional in the entire process. They have gone the "extra distance" and have hooked us up with contractors to mortgage brokers that "were the best".

I can honestly say that not only did we find the perfect unit that we have found two of the nicest people in which we have become very close friends with.
