The estimated time of completion is:
- Tower I: Already completed and closed upon
- Tower II: July - August 2006
- Tower III: End of 2006 - Early 2007
The payment schedule is as follows:
- Tower I: Terms set by standard resale contract
- Towers II & III:
- 20% with the contract
- 80% at the time of the closing
