The partnership of Robert Brown and Frank Demandt began in 1990. Their work has been featured in exhibitions and publications about contemporary architecture. As participants and principals in many projects, ranging from the award-winning Ark Office Building to a retail store in Little Havana, their firm plays an active role in the architectural evolution of Miami Beach.
