Inspired by the lifestyle
of the French Rivera, the developers of Ocean Two debuted Cafe D'Azur this
summer at Ocean One.
Cafe D'Azur as well as all other food and beverage service at
Ocean One and Ocean Two, will be handled by Robert Pascal, president of
Touch
of Class Management Inc.
Pascal's Touch of Class Management will man Ocean Two's tiki
bars with full food and beverage service. Additionally he will operate
the poolside snack bars, on-site gourmet shops, and create special events
and theme parties that ensure life at Ocean Two is anything but dull.
Notes Pascal, "We're creating a lifestyle akin to that enjoyed
along Europe's Cote D'Azur. There, every Sunday afternoon is an occasion
to get together with friends to share sun and surf, fine food and wine,
and the sounds of mellow jazz with an international beat." Adds Pascal,
"Life at Ocean Two will be relaxed, congenial, sociable and sophisticated."
Enhancing the tapestry of surfside fun, attendants will provide
lounge chairs, beach umbrellas and fresh towels. Beach volleyball,
jet skis and kayaks offer plenty of choices for those who want to pick
up the pace. Meanwhile, a staff serves cool tropical drinks along
with a European bill of fare both on the beach and around the pool so the
the residents and their guests need not lift a finger accept to signal
for another round. |

Lifestyle
Robert
Pascal is fond of saying he does not create menus, he creates lifestyles
that stimulate the senses and satisfy one's appetite for the good life.
The lifestyle he is creating at Ocean Two is designed to reinforce the
sense of privilege that is the hallmark of these two exclusive communities.
While Robert Pascal may not have invented the
St. Tropez beach club, he certainly perfected it. A graduate of Switzerland's
Lausanne Hotel School, Pascal has owned and operated 27 restaurants in
Europe, Canada and the United States. Among the most famous of his
award-winning establishments are La Rabelais and Chez Pascal in Manhattan;
Chez Paul in Sun Valley, Idaho (with partner Paul Anka); La Voile Rouge
in St. Tropez; Pascal Pascal in Westhampton; La Cage Aux Folle in New York,
Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Toronto, Honolulu, San Francisco
and Miami Beach; and La Voile Rouge in South Beach. |
