Daily room tax of 13% (6.5% sale tax, 6.5% occupancy tax)
Daily rates and membership include the following:

• Full access to dining and recreational amenities. (Please note that the Spa allows adults 18 and over only.)
• Champagne greeting at check-in and welcome amenity in room
• Concierge services; housekeeping service twice per day; daily newspaper
• Golf car for on-island transportation.

Reservations are based on availability.  The Fisher Island Club will try, when possible, to fulfill requests for specific rooms, locations, and bedding type, although these requests are not guaranteed.  Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon).  Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. 

Limousine rates for airport transfers are available upon request.  Extra bedding, in addition to the room's permanent bed (s), is $30 for an adult.  There is no charge for children under 12.

A $40 per couple per night membership fee is charged to guests who are not members of The Fisher Island Club.  Guest membership entitles full access to dining and recreation amenities.  Rates are per accommodation per night plus applicable taxes.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION/GUARANTEE POLICY:  An advance deposit in the amount of one night's room rate is required for all reservations.  Early departure will result in the deposit being applied to the forfeited last night.  A full refund will be made for cancellations provided the notification is received 7 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation of a reservation is not received 7 or more days prior to arrival, the Club will retain the deposit.  NOTE:  The Holiday period requires prepayment of the room rate for the entire stay.  A full refund will be made for cancellations of this period, provided notification is given 60 days prior to arrival.  Otherwise, the Club will retain the full prepayment.
