Aventura mall also features expanded restaurant choices offering
top-drawer dining experiences in addition to the Treats Food Court with
18 fast food eateries. The Piazza continues to be the center of
entertainment at the Mall with wonderful restaurants, internationally
recognized merchants and daily live entertainment. Two new dining
experiences, la Valentina and Bamboo Club, will energize the Piazza this
year. The 24-screen AMC Theatres attracts visitors with luxurious
touches. Children are always welcome in Adventurers Cove indoor
playground. Weekly events, Kids Club program, reading day and character
parades ensure that Aventura Mall is family-friendly.
Loehmann's Fashion Island

An extraordinary open-air shopping, dining and entertainment center,
Loehmann's Fashion Island offers the customer a distinctive collection
of fine gifts, fashion and home furnishings boutiques and a variety of
dining venues from casual cafes to gourmet restaurants, some featuring
live entertainment. All of this in an intimate, casual setting with
colorful, fresh flowers under bright canopies surrounded by sidewalk
cafes. At the center of the attraction is the world-famous Loehmann's
discount department store with designer labels for men and women.
Aventura Commons

Aventura's power center includes a 117,000-square-foot Target, Best Buy,
PETsMART, Whole Foods and The Original Pancake House. Aventura Commons
is a 267,000-square-foot center located just south of Gulfstream Park,
and is developed and managed by the Berkowitz Development Group.
The Promenade Shops

The Promenade Shops is an open-air center that meets the needs of the
community by providing a casual shopping environment that the entire
family can enjoy. Anchor tenants are Circuit City, Marshalls Megastore

men's fashions, health and beauty salons, and fitness center, plus many
additional retailers and services that ensure a "one-stop" shopping

Champion Retail Plaza

This center, developed by Turnberry Associates, features a five-story,
166-room Courtyard by Marriott and such national anchors as Old Navy;
Bed, Bath & Beyond; Just for Feet; and Designer Shoe Warehouse as well
as Starbucks Cafe and for Eyes Optical.
Aventura Shopping Center

Aventura Shopping Center, with a total of 102,876 square feet of
lease-able space, was built in 1973. The center is anchored by Publix and
Eckerd Drugs and is also home to several medical, retail and banking
institutions.
Aventura Plaza

This 100,000-square-foot shopping plaza underwent a $250,000 renovation
two years ago. It features anchor stores such as Office Depot and Eckerd
Drugs in addition to restaurants, a variety of retail offerings and a

Concorde Plaza

The Shoppes at the Waterways
1 mile east of Biscayne Blvd on N.E. 207th Street
Surrounded by residential properties and Town homes, the Shoppes at the
Waterways is an intimate, boutique-style shopping center, consisting of over 25
stores and restaurants. It was built around the Aventura Marina offering
spectacular views of the harbor and luxury yachts. Adorned with tropical
