FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
$84 MILLION IN SALES FROM SEPTEMBER 2001 TO MAY 2002
AT ACQUALINA OCEAN RESIDENCES & RESORT
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. – Notable sales of ultra-luxury condominiums at the new Acqualina Ocean Residences & Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, totaling $84 million between September 8, 2001 and mid May 2002, confirm what the development and sales teams of the new 30-story residential resort tower already know: “the season” doesn’t end in South Florida.
“If the location and product are desirable, like at Acqualina, then the demand will continues all year long, whether purchasers are full-time residents or looking for a vacation home,” comments Acqualina’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing Michael Goldstein. “Acqualina is being built right on the beach, with views of the ocean, Intracoastal and city. Furthermore, it is presented by The Trump Group, developers of world-famous Williams Island in Aventura. Acqualina will also bring residents the ultimate in resort amenities and services, because there will be a small, luxury ‘boutique’ hotel managed by the esteemed Rosewood Hotels & Resorts whose award-winning properties are known worldwide.”
Goldstein said that, since the start of sales in November 2000, the building is nearly sold out. However, there still are choice floor plans, in great locations, available at this time. He’s certain they won’t last much longer.
Acqualina’s three- to seven-bedroom condominiums residences, including penthouses with a separate guest house and private pool or spa, span 2,185 to 13,000 square feet, with prices from $1.2 million to over $10 million. Also offered are fully furnished, three-bedroom “turnkey” oceanfront residences and furnished three-bedroom condo/hotel residences priced from $1 million; and furnished hotel suites and one-bedroom suites from $450,000 to over $600,000.
The grand, 51-story, Italian-inspired tower will have an impressive entranceway
with stately iron gates and a bell tower, beautiful water features and a grand porte-cochere with a domed cupola. Valet parking attendants and a doorman will greet residents and guests. There will be 24-hour security, along with 24-hour room service, housekeeping and concierge services. Other amenities include a signature Rosewood restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the ocean; gourmet convenience store; oceanfront European pampering spa of over 11,000 square feet, with personal treatments and state-of-the-art fitness equipment; three swimming pools; and a private beach club.
Owners will also have an opportunity to access Williams Island golf, tennis and deepwater marina accommodating yachts up to 165 feet.
Projected completion of the tower is Spring 2004.
